1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using fwd2cal, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content on fwd2cal, including all software, text, images, and other material, remains the exclusive property of Pavonis Limited and its licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to use fwd2cal solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the application.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of fwd2cal is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Visibl Holdings Limited and its affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Visibl Holdings Limited or through the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Visibl Holdings Limited or its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, even if Visibl Holdings Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visibl Holdings Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account.

7. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes related to these Terms will be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom in accordance with the rules of the [Specify Arbitration Association]. By using fwd2cal, you waive any rights to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
